Orders, Shipping & Returns

ORDERS    

As each of our pieces are made to order there is a 2-3 production time on accessories and a 6-8 week time frame on bridal separates. Whilst we endeavour to adhere to these production please note in busier times this may be extended, however you will be notified. If you need your product in a shorter time frame please get in contact with us as to what we have in stock or our rush service.    

For Bridal Separates, sizes are based on our standard sizing chart and one or more alterations may be required to achieve the best fit. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for these alterations with a qualified seamstress or by making an appointment with us for your alterations.

Modifications may be accommodated by requesting to vary a product Order, depending on the nature and scope of the variation and would be agreed upon at the discretion of Saving Grace. Variations will not be accepted on rush orders.

DELIVERY and SHIPPING     

Your item will be sent to you once production is complete via our preferred shipping channels.    

All goods will be sent by Registered Post with signature on delivery, if you require express post please email us.

If your delivery address changes between time of order to time of delivery, please notify us immediately as we accept no liability for incorrect shipping information.        

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed or failed delivery from delivery partners or Product that is lost or damaged during delivery, where the delay, failure, loss or damage is caused by you or any third party.

REFUNDS

Being made to order, sales are final and we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision. ·       

We ask that you try on your product as soon as possible after delivery, without make-up, lotions or fake-tan. If you believe an error has been made with your product, you must notify Saving Grace of the error in writing (with photos to show the error) within 72 hours of the Delivery Date. If notification is not received within this timeframe, then subject to the Australian Consumer Law, you shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Product.      

Under Australian Consumer Law and at our discretion if your product is deemed defective, we will replace or alter the product free of charge or provide you with a refund, providing product is returned to us for closer inspection. Liability on any product claim will not exceed the purchase price.  

As all products leave our studio with strict quality control, A product is not deemed defective if accidental damage was caused by you through wear, tear, fraying, pilling that occurs after delivery has been accepted. ·       

We are happy to accept an exchange on items if you change your mind if your product is returned to us within 7 business days of delivery. Please note that the cost of return delivery is to be paid by you.
